USYK WELCOMES UNDISPUTED HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH, AWAITS DUBOIS-PARKER WINNER
Usyk welcomes the undisputed heavyweight title match, his promoter said, by awaiting the Dubois-Parker fight in February.
Furthermore, Usyk’s promoter Alex Krassyuk said his ward welcomes the challenge of facing either IBF heavyweight champ Dubois or Parker.
Moreover, Krassyuk cited his ward’s options after Usyk (23-0, 12 KOs) posted a unanimous decision victory over Tyson Fury (34-1-1, 24 KOs) in their rematch on Saturday.
“For me, I would love to see Uysk undisputed #3,” Krassyuk said.
Dubois will stake his IBF title against Parker on February 22.

Furthermore, Krassyuk praised Usyk’s “beautiful performance” before a large crowd in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Moreover, the promoter cited the Ukrainian’s consistency in the full 12 rounds to repeat his initial win over May.
“It was a beautiful performance. I’m actually out of (words) for this reason. I haven’t got much to say,” Krassyuk said.
“In 12 rounds, he showed how boxing is conducted. So, he made it from the basement. He was putting the bricks,” he added.
Additionally, the manager cited his fighter’s familiarity in “fighting in the backyards of our opponents since 2016” that helped Usyk in his latest match.
FURY NEEDS TO ‘RELAX, RECUPERATE HIS MIND’ AFTER SECOND-STRAIGHT LOSS
Further, Fury needs to “relax and recuperate his mind,” Krassyuk said, after absorbing his second straight loss to Usyk.
Moreover, Usyk’s promoter described Fury as a “great champion” despite the setback.
“Probably relax, recuperate his mind, and come back to training,” Krassyuk said, referring to Fury’s next options.
“He’s a great champion. It’s not about what I would like to see. It’s about what the world of boxing would like to see,” he added.
Meanwhile, Krassyuk claimed Fury’s beard was not an issue regarding the outcome of the fight despite reports claiming that it cushioned Usyk’s punches against the British fighter.
