PACQUIAO EYES BARRIOS’ WBC WELTERWEIGHT TITLE, SEEKS TO COME OUT OF RETIREMENT

WBC president Mauricio Sulaiman recently disclosed a plan for a possible Pacquiao-Barrios fight.
